monocleHR subscriptions are perfect for small organizations with limited HR experience and time who want the confidence to handle HR situations with ease. monocleHR clients use subscription hours for a variety of HR support services including:

  • Recruiting, interviewing, preparing offer letters, completing reference checking, completing the E-Verify processing
  • Drafting and revising company policies, procedural manuals, job descriptions, HR-related forms
  • Remote employee training on company policy, leave, harassment and discrimination
  • Remote management training on company policy implementation, harassment and discrimination liability, discipline and termination practices (such as effective disciplinary documentation) and performance review practices
  • Partnering with management to complete all disciplinary documentation, exit interviews and termination letters
  • Managing Family and Medical Leave notification requirements
  • Advising management on how to assess reasonable accommodations for disabled employees
  • Advising management on how to process workers’ compensation claims and developing back-to-work programs
  • Assisting management with preparing responses to applications for unemployment benefits
  • Advising management on how to respond to EEOC harassment and discrimination charges and DOL charges related to wage payment or safety complaints
  • Remotely conducting internal investigations into harassment, discrimination, ethics or safety matters

  • Remote support services via email, telephone or video call within 24 business hours (excluding Off Hours work)

  • $100/hour for all hours purchased
  • Minimum block of hours to be purchased is 3 hours. Services must be used within 6-months of purchase


  • Remote support services via email, telephone or video call
  • $150/hour (or the current hourly rate in place)
  • For Off Hours work requested by the Company, hours will be billed at a rate of two times the hours used
